A quick guide on viewing your website leads and form submissions.
In this video, you will learn how to view your lead and form submissions in your website dashboard.
First, you will need to log in to your website dashboard by going to your website URL/admin. If you have any issues with logging into your website dashboard please contact our support team. Once you are logged in you will be prompted to the home dashboard. By default, the total number of leads will display from the previous month. To adjust this go to the filter date range section and change the start and end dates.
Once you have the date range you want to view you will be able to see the total number of all lead and form submissions for the month. You can also view the number of form submissions by month by clicking Forms and then Reports on the left-hand side.
If you wish to view your form leads in more detail click the submissions tab on the left-hand side. Here you will be able to filter out your forms by Form, Referrer, Tracking Code, if it is or is not a lead , and Date Range. Within the form submission tab, you can view all the form data and review all submissions in more detail.
